Job Description

The Director of Digital Consumer Marketing drives the overall digital consumer marketing agenda and roadmap for Carrum. You will be accountable for using digital marketing channels to drive utilization of our offering among our members. With the support of a Growth Marketing Manager, your responsibility ranges from content, channel strategy, sites social, SEO/SEM, CRM, partnerships and digital analytics. You understand marketing, digital and social trends to develop and deliver on cutting-edge health care marketing capabilities. You will partner with our Customer Success team to further our digital vision, strategy and presence.

Your Impact

  • Own the strategy and execution of all digital and paid media channels, including social (Facebook and other social media platforms), search, display, native, video, email, and text
  • Drive engagement and communications plans in close partnership with Carrum’s Customer Success teams, creative, and employer clients
  • Guide predictive analytics to run targeted messaging campaigns for those members at a high risk of surgery
  • Ensure messaging and design communications based on best practices, ensuring an integrated and consistent messaging across channels
  • Identify new digital channels and techniques to support Carrum’s growth and brand ambitions

You Will Be Successful If You Have

  • 6-8 years of experience in consumer marketing
  • BA or BS required
  • 5+ years of experience with relevant consumer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing, CRM)
  • 3+ years of experience in Facebook’s advertising platform
  • Detailed understanding of other platforms (Google AdWords, Display, Social)
  • Background in B2B2C healthcare benefit solutions preferred
  • Superb, hands-on quantitative and analytical skills and willingness to get your hands dirty
  • Excellent program management skills with experience handling aggressive deadlines, keeping many balls in the air and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to recruit and nurture top talent
